We are a new, up and coming studio servicing near west suburban cook county! We are a hot yoga community focused on inclusive and accessible yoga. Class offerings are limited at this time as we are looking for a permanent space. Catch Jackie at The Treehouse in Berwyn and at pop-up events around town in the mean time!

So I have been working on a few side quests in addition to this space/project/concept. I’m introducing a Tabata Drills class into the line up to help my clients achieve their flow goals a little faster and a little more wholehandedly. What’s the Tabata Drills class you ask? It’s a little bit of a different structure: no sequencing in between drills, we play dance music (loudly), and we go as hard as we can for 20 second intervals. All of the drills are pilates/yoga or strength training geared towards achieving specific postures. Keep your eye out on the schedule for it! Welcome @classpass members!
